Cuban Rumba Dance is an energetic class that introduces you to the rhythms and dances of Cuba's national social dance. The class warm up includes Afro Cuban dance elements and transitions to the rumba techniques of Yambu, Guaguanco, and Columbia. No dance experience necessary. Comfortable dance or workout wear and flat dance shoes or sneakers are recommended.
